Love goblins and all that they bring into the game. The story is solid and the concepts of warlock goblins and spell caster monsters really upset the party in terms of mundane enemies suddenly being worth some caution. Wentworth the woodsman was really the MVP of the game which took away from the seriousness of goblin ambushes.

This Module was enjoyable, I like that it involves goblins. The recurrent appearance of lower CR creatures in adventures can really take the steam out of players sails, but the story surrounding thei one goblin is presented so well that it makes the adventure exciting. My players had a good time ... well most did (wargs are wargs). There wasn;t anything too complex to manage. Good job.

Another great Tier 1 AL adventure from Dave Zajac. I was not surprised that it was good but I was presently surprised by such an interesting story. One Blood the goblin is great to roleplay (I played him as Walder Frey from Game of Thrones and constantly complained about my idiot children during every battle) and the battle with the Half Ogres was just fantasic! Great choices to be made, useful skill checks, and NPC's with depth are continuing hallmarks of this author's work. This is a must-buy for any adventure collection. Oh, lest I forget: All battle maps are included in their own PDF as FULLY SCALED pages that print across several sheets. Best feature for map printing, saves tons of prep time. Just make sure you print at 100% scale (not fit to sheet or any other auto setting).

It has everything you would expect a traditional DnD adventure to have. Monsters, villians, story, deadly excitement! A++......................................

Ran this at RPR dec 2017. My group had a super fun time with this module, the main goblin was hystarical to RP, can wait for a follow up :)
