Poor grammar overall, no suggested DC checks in certain encounters and in the first encouter there is no mention of rolling for initiative, even though the text description on the pages following it describes success/fail conditions after a few rounds. Also, the map on the "B1" deck has a huge hole in the middle? What's the intended purpose of that blank space?
With that said though, it is quite a flexible module, especially towards the last part where DMs have the freedom to construct encounters and situations for the players. The feeling of inevitable doom was quite apparent on the players!
