A great one-shot for both for me as a new DM and my DND beginner friends. A simple, but good and eventful story, easy to adapt to the players. Despite it's short format it contains some nice touches of flavor, for example Kristof's hubristic painting that was much appreciated by the party.

Tried DM'ing for the first time with this adventure and it turned out great. A good mix of mystery, plot turns and thrilling scenes. It's also written in a way that makes the story easy to control as a DM, and still adjustable it you would like to suit your player's fancy.
