I ran this for three experienced players and one new comer and it was a hit! One player did catch an error with Sir Thames letter that I personally missed which would conflict with the story, but apart from that it was great! The players had a lot of fun discovering the clues and coming up with theories!

I ran this as a one-shot and finished this in roughly 6 hours with four players. Overall, the encounters and stories were great and interesting, I would love to rerun this in an actual campaign to go over every encounter and area without rushing through anything. My biggest gripe was the map. It just feels too big, too many open random spaces and overall just difficult to understand. I ended up not using them and just drawing them out in a way I could understand.

Just ran this for 3 players and had a good time! The story was easy to follow along and the maps were nice and clear with helping my players notice details around the room. I added another combat encounter at the beginning while traveling the seas with sahuagin just to give my players something to really use their abilities on since a lot of the enemies in the one shot are immune to non-magical attacks or types of damage my players specialized in, but otherwise I didn't need to tweak anything! Also finished it around 4 hours which was the perfect amount of time to play!
