This is a fanstastic guide to introducing diseases in complex and interesting ways to your campaign, and I can't wait to unleash some of them on my players! This is great work.

While this add-on isn't big, the small tweaks that are provided create a much more cohesive (and in my opinion, horrifying) storyline for Death House. While I think some of these things could have been seen through to their conclusion even more (if the shambling mound is gone and replaced, there's no reason for the new monster to have that ridiculous name), this is a great place to start if you want the house and dungeon of Death House to fit together.

This is a great item to let your players in on the deterioration of the abbot's faith and the lore surrounding him in a way that they'll actually be able to decipher. Unfortunately, the font choices really hinder this journal's believability. The script is very round and bubbly for the first part, and emphasizes words using bold. There's a section with the words "I am at my wit's end" which is the only believable font until the madness descends. Still, the fonts tell a cohesive story and I cannot fault them there.

This is a really thoughtful way to improve on a great little oneshot, saving DMs the time of scanning the text for things they want to/can say. Perfect for anyone to have in their toolkit should they need to run a quick pick-up session of Death House or even anyone wanting to start Curse of Strahd off on the right foot!

This is awesome! I'm looking forward to using these as I run Curse of Strahd, and my players are excited too. I'm hoping to make this a macro in my Roll20 game.

This is the DM's Guild equivalent of the Font of All Knowledge, the bible for following lore and inclusivity standards. That said, it's a touch out of date--it isn't updated for the newest edition of Chicago styling, which allows for the singular "them." Especially important for anyone tired of writing "it" in stat blocks! Even for non-creators, these documents are a valuable insight into the worldbuilding of D&D.

These are a great tool for DMs trying to bring Barovian travel/exploration to life!
