They are precisely that which they say on the tin, rules to add corruption to the game.
Is this something which is going to revolutionize your game? Probably not.
But it is material which should at the very least allow you the option of adding corruption when you're in a "evil" setting, and most importantly (to me at least) it means that I can take the material and simply alter it a little to fit my own world, as opposed to having to write it all up myself. A really good and yet simple material.
