I played with my partner as a series of fun date nights after our usual D&D group fell apart (scheduling...always scheduling). We played as two PCs without a DM, with me narrating the text and then us roleplaying together to go through the adventure. The module was simple to adjust for two players, as we scaled up enemy encounters and made "what would a DM do?" decisions when it came to things like one of us failing a stealth roll while the other succeeded. We really enjoyed the story and appreciated the inclusion of printable maps for our minifigs. Overall: solid pick for one or two players. Be prepared for tricky encounters and don't feel bad about needing to "restart" when you die. We are going to play the next adventures in the series and look forward to it!
