Very well thought out, well-paced and interesting adventure. It has dungeon crawl, break ins, ambush, chase even downtime activities all well tied together with the story. Finally, a level 1 adventure that actually does not makes you feel as a side quest to get to level 2. Easily ~8-10 hours’ worth of content with added replayability value thanks to multiple ways to solve encounters.

This adventure is interesting and well made, but also has some very railroaded moments with no way to oppose it. For example, at one point your character is presented with choice: Agree or very high chance to die. No save, check or creative way to resolve the encounter. Ruined the fun for me.
