Absolutely loved this adventure! It was only my second time as a DM and it was so well set out and so easy to run, it just flowed. The story was interesting and the players were hooked immediately. I love the layout, genuinely, it makes everything less overwhelming. Thanks!

This took two sessions to complete, but was a lot of fun for everyone involved. The boss battle was a little bit too easy for the players; I should have mixed it up with the strongest monster stat block already provided instead of the mid-big-bad. Thanks for those, by the way! The new monsters had everyone guessing.

Point of (spoilery?) fun: My barbarian managed to dissuade the hunter sharks from attacking the party with a combo of 'speak with animals' and his head glubbed under water, and a lot of eelfolk chum as both downpayment and post-battle reward. I'm a little afraid he's going to be jumping sharks in the near future.

The end reward of free or cheap passage over water is a great lead-up to any campaign needing to get somewhere overseas. Mine happens to be on the Sea of Stars, so this fit perfectly.

Great work! I'm looking forward to trying out more from this author.

Ran as a side quest of our main campaign. Fun monsters and interesting choices for the players. The primary dungeon map took a bit for me to understand but other than that it was a blast to run.

Just ran this campaign again for a few friends that wanted a one shot. Wrapped into my other campaign as a side quest and it blended in perfectly. Extremly versatile, and cleverly paced. With my players, it ended up being two sessions.

Beautiful Campaign. Could not finish it in one shot though. Took two! All is well. Beautifuly designed. Lovely setting. has a Moby-dick-ish feel to it. Bravo!

Great adventure. I ran it as a 1shot with 5 level3 players, but it was quite intense on them. In the end the 1shot turned to a 3shot (heavy roleplay involved), after which we picked it up as a group and started a weekly campaigin :-)

The adventure is great, contains plenty of combat and intrigue, good storyline and elements. Can recommend!

Really easy to run even as it was only my second time behind the screen. I didn't have time to prep so just read through it beforehand before running through, it does work this way but I think I could have added a bit more if I'd had time to prepare. Absolutely loved it and so did the players. Our barbarian was not too fond of killing eelfolk by the end though.

I am DMing a 5e campaign set in Greyhawk, specifically the Archbarony of Ratik, and I needed something to fill in the party's trek north along the coast that would be a nice side adventure/one-shot. I came across this adventure on my search and it worked out extremely well. Here are just a few of the positives: 1) It is written with enough information without bogging you down with so many details that seem to plague a lot of modules, 2) it can fit into any setting; again enough detail but you can modify to your heart's content, 3) good for those learing to DM and veterans alike, and 4) it is a lot of fun. The party has had a blast so far. This is well worth your time.

The author has others for sale - I can't believe this is for free - and I plan on using her lower level offings in the near future for some new players to D&D. Also, check out her YouTube videos as she explains her modules, etc.

Great writing-style. Can totally recommend especially for new DMs as well! Best about it, as always from the Arcana Library is that there is no direct need for the players to walk a certain path, but every room is for itselfe to discover in any order. (takes away the worries of new and old DMs what happens if the players decide to be creative ;-)

Clear, consise and easy to run. It was easy to add a little flavor to what was written to give the adventure more depth. I ran this for a group of D&D vets and one newb and everyone had a good time. It took the players about 5 1/2 hours to complete the adventure with both RP and combat taking place.

Great adventure! It had a lot of places to customize and add flavor without making it too difficult for this new DM to follow. My players had a blast and the consise nature of this adventure made it easy for me to follow when they decided to split the party!

I really appreciate how your whole document puts emphasis on concise information, not pages of text and/or flavor. Hope to see more from you.

This was a fun adventure. The eelfolk were cool - love the death burst. My group is pretty much a run-in-and-kill-all-the-things group, so having Lucien heat the door was a fun touch for me. The skimmable format of the adventure worked well for me too.
