Ran as a standalone oneshot, the adventure can seem barebones and short. But the adventure structure and NPCs can be transplated and reskinned easily to fit a campaign that might inlcude a desert in its play area. A useful adventure.
Both the cover art and the map art are great. Not a particulary long adventure, but a fun and interesting side story that would is great in a larger campaign.
Useful as a side adventure in a campaign where a desert is present. It also introduces several great NPCs for use in a campaign whether as an ally or enemy of the party. The final encounter feels challenging and threatning even against a slightly above the curve player party.
The monsters here really inspired some great worldbuilding and adventure ideas. Definately refreshing to sample fantasy that isnt of western flavor. The art style and quality is inconsistent on a few pages, but the high CR monsters have amazing art.
Simple adventure that is great for newer players to get from 1st level to 3rd. The potential outcome of the final encounter can lead to a larger narrative or serve as the intro adventure to a larger campaign.
This a great, short adventure that delves into a relatively untouched part of the Forgotten Realms lore and utilizes some of the new monsters from MTF.
Thank you for the kind words! Atropus was actually totally unknown to me before I started researching for this project. I had a general idea of the type of force/entity I wanted and Atropus just sort of fell into place.
