If you're planning on running a campaign with planar and portal shenanigans, this is essential. The generator has flavorful and inspiring options that really get the creative juices flowing for DMs and GMs out there.

Blood and Bone

I haven't run this system yet, but I defintely plan to in the future. Looking through the content of the PDF, the art is the highest quality. All of the pictures bleed detail and add to the setting.

As for the mechanics themselves, Blood and Bone has a classless system for the most part. You build your character and specialize them via feats. I appreciate that this setting is a low-magic setting, and magic has a haunted, forbidden flavor.

As for the campaign setting itself, I will probably be stealing portions of it for my current campaign. I appreciate that all of the cultures get their own section laying out their culture and traditions, and every city has a short pargraph blurb talking about what it is. I could read one of these sections and set up a city very quickly and plan out an adventure.

My one downside was that there were some typos, so the editing could have been tighter, but I think that's a minimal detraction to a quality product.
