This book is amazing and could even be official. Its well thought out, offers lots of help to DMs. Genuinely, the best D&D purchase ive made that isnt official WOTC!

This is great! I ran the hidden shrine of tamoachan using this and it made it a million times better. The guide keeps things simple and easy, I am definitely super grateful for it, and I'd reccomend it to anyone running TFTYP content.

This quick breakdown of every adventure in Tales Fom the Yawning Portal is very easy to understand. It really helps if you are limited on prerp time. I even ran a few of the adventures with no prep with the help of this guide.

I wouldn't say it's a must have, but it makes prep and running TOTYP much easier.

Definitely worth grabbing if you're going to be running these. Lots of ideas to make them run more smoothly or just add more flavor and fun.

I'm preparing The Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan these days. There's not a lot of information out there on running this dungeon, which is why I was happy to find this guide.

The pros:

• Every monster, item, spell etc is referenced to its appropriate source (PHB or MM). This is hugely helpful, so big thanks to the author for this!
• Simple and short run-downs of each room. Many of the descriptions in the module are complicated, so it's very nice to have this as reference to double-check if you understood a room right.

Small cons:

• I was hoping for more input on how to run it. There are small suggestions sometimes, but personally I would welcome more ideas. When the author presents an idea they seem generally good, but they're few in number.
• The writing suffers a bit from typos and minor errors. This doesn't really detract from the overall value, but is a small thing to keep in mind nevertheless.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase, and I will definitely print this out and keep it handy when I run the dungeon. I am exciting to plan other dungeons from Yawning Portal and use this guide.

Thank you so much for doing these guides. I've been using your Curse of Strahd Guide in my main group and it has been completely invaluable and no surprise here so is this one. Having run some of these dungeons since the early 90's i'm familiar with the material, but your guide definitely helps uncover the hidden gems. I LOVED your take on making a Yawning Portal Campaign. While watching the Stream of Annihilation the family got excited and said lets play some D&D! I printed the first 5 pages of the Yawning Portal campaign idea and jumped right in. 4 hours later everyones pumped and looking forward to continuing this in the morning. My vets said that was a wild ride of an intro, and my new player is excited to get into the rest of the action. Well done!
