This is just what I needed. Great for players to get a lay of the land and figure out their travel routes without giving anything away. This is the perfect player-facing map.
The lack of grids/scale means the DM can improvise on distance/travel distance if needed without being bound to what is indicated on the DM-facing Map of Barovia.
The style of the map is so flavourful and thematic and the relative minimalism leaves plenty of control in the DMs hands to move unmarked locations around if needed. I wish every published adventure module had an alternative player-facing map like this.

This is one of my favorite handouts in any campaign. I had a copy given to me when I was a Curse of Strahd player, and it immediately became an essential part of my game when I ran it for another group. Absolutely worth the price to have a copy I can print out (or email for virtual games) - I love it!

An excellent item to use as a handout. My players love the copy I let them find in "Death House" and prefer pulling it out to the more professional maps available.

The maps are extremely helpful as a handout to players who have never been to Barovia. Especially after smothering the paper with tea, crumbling it and selling the map to characters ingame. Great work!

A great CoS supplement and player handout. Very beautiful and evocative, with enough detail to be useful and help the players to plan their journeys, but enough "fuzziness" to keep them guessing about exact travel times and terrain.
Since the fold-out Map that comes with CoS is the DM version (a HUGE pet peeve of mine actually- it is a beautiful map, but is full of spoilers for the players, and too big for the DM to reference behind the DM screen, so who exactly is the map for?), this is a great alternative, and the type of map which would make sense for Ismark or another "average Barovian" to have access to and be able to share with the PCs during play. I really like it, and think it is a wonderful value for the cost.

Thanks a ton for the review! To tell you the truth, all of your reasons were the same exact reasons I drew it in the first place. I am very glad this worked out for y'all. |

Very nice! Would benifit form a little higher resolution for printing on larger than letter size paper.

Found this very useful in my campaign for giving the party some sense of where things are, without giving them the fully detailed map. They liked it so much they printed out their own, larger copy.

The maps are awesome! Simple to understand and, most importantly, they are in A4 format. I prefer using these instead of the one i found with the book (it's really too large)

An absolute MUST for any DM running CoS. These are great to give to your players in Vallaki without giving away the scale of Barovia or locations. Thank you so much!!!

My group loved this. Also aged the paper a bit with coffee from a youtube tutorial and it ended up looking stellar.

I failed about 5 times before I was able to come up with one that I liked :)
Trust me, I feel your pain.
Glad it works for you. |

Works great as a handout. Give your players a frame of reference for where they are in Super Happy Fun Time Valley, where nothing bad ever happens. Thanks!
