From love letters to betrayl letters, they're all here - some very good plot hooks and ideas are found within these letters.

Don't be mislead by the tital though. They're all in text format - to actually make these into player handouts will require some layout work on the DMs part. For those disappointed that they aren't "ready to print" letters, you can find freely available parchment pages and fantasy fonts here. http://www.vaughanvisual.com/RPG/DM/DMResources.html Sadly, you have to do the letter layout yourself - the book only provides the ideas.

Good plot ideas, good campaign flavor. I'm happy with both the entertainment value and the usefulness to my game. A good value for the money. Glad I purchased it. <br><br> <b>LIKED</b>: Plug-n-Play: It's easy enough to change the names of a few people and cities to fit these letters into most fantasy settings. <br><br><b>DISLIKED</b>: It would have been nice if the book had actual letters you could just print out and hand out to your players.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Very Good<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Satisfied<br>

This is a very interesting approach to providing a gaming aid. Finding a use for these might be a problem for a less imaginative or novice GM. I liked their color; they were different and not what my PCs were explecting.

Most were just "gee-whiz" sort of things but others interconnected and could really punch up a game as a great prop.

If you got the cash and the time to seed these within your campaign, do it! Your players might enjoy keeping them for their character folders.

I should tell you that they are NOT in a finished format. You'll have to copy them and tweak them (Names, etc.) on your PC to suit your campaign. But this is only necessary if you want to make a believable handout.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Acceptable<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Satisfied<br>

Well, it had to happen sometime, this is the first Ronin Arts product to really disappoint me.

I had been hoping for letters that I could print out and hand to my players in game, but instead I will have to copy these to a word processor and change the fonts, one at a time. The value for money is also very poor at only 10 pages, one of which is the OGL.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this book.<br><br><b>LIKED</b>: There are a fair number of decent plot hooks.<br><br><b>DISLIKED</b>: Presentation.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Disappointing<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Ripped Off<br>
