Great introductory adventure, gets players to T2 in a hurry.

An AMAZING adventure. Sadly Ive only DM'ed it, but its by and far one of my favorites! Only issues I had with it are the time constraints, you need to rush the players a little; the secret mission goals need some handwaving; and the final boss needs some nerfing done! I had a party run through without magic weapons, and had to reduce the immunities to resistance. BBG should have been in T3 imo.

It was boring. As a DM it lacked motivation and I feel could have been a 2 hour mod with no issues. The combat was ish weak, the reasoning was weak. A player pointed out that the whole thing could have been prevented with a casting of divination from the spell casting services.

Its not perfect, but it was a very good module. It gives the players choices, a (too?) tough fight, and some great RP chances and story. Wish the beast was available for T# since the T3 mods were weak...

A weak enounter with a poor story arc. The "oh so powerful diviner was captured". If that felt weak, it was only trumped by the poor combat. T3 needs to be challenged, not thrown weak CR5 creatures. Second time I ran this was even more comical, one of the players has a sun sword and the first encounter was literally, I stand here in the middle of the room and let them die around me. One redeaming point was the final fight, but they fought and killed one of these way back in T2, so again...meh.

Ive ran this several times and its a joke to T3 players. The challenge level of this was beyond poor. Most encounters seemed fit for T2 and were solved with a single spell. The second time I ran this I was able to use the alternate encounter and was able to play a smart spellcaster who precast several of his spells in advance. Final encounter is weak beyond weak.

Did not feel like I was able to challenege my party. It had a qunique setting, a decent story, but in terms of both combat and role play, it was lacking.
