Mazes and Minotaurs is a fabulous setting that takes advantage of Graeco-Roman Mythos to create a setting that encapsulates the Mythos and expands upon it in exciting and new ways. The suppliments that are released for the setting keep growing and are all equally as interesting. I recommend them all!

Fantastic use of Greek mythology in an original setting that uses the best aspects of the myth. The rules are useable and support the setting very well. The alternate publishing history and associated comments throughout the text make it a more interesting read. Certainly worth as much as the eBOOK reprints of games from the seventies, and at least a few hours of your time.

Short answer: Good Game Long Answer: I feel the game has a good approachability for anyone who has been adventuring in RPG land for a while and know their way around dice systems. It has an overall good cohesion within its dice system and rules, I felt like it is adding to and getting rid of parts of the greek mythos. Diluting or filling in pieces, but like Jurassic Park, the game retains its distinctly Greek feel, and with a little background research a DM/GM can create sprawling cities with their Agoras filled to the brim with Orichalcum, or an island nation plagued by the mysterious Sea Peoples. The game would be easy for beginners, and simple, but, fun for veterans.
