Runehammer delivers the goods yet again in this second pack of art for ICRPG. Each of these in this series is packed with extras and extremely versatile.

Absolutely essential if you are an ICRPG fan, if you are not, still a very useful collection of high quality paper minis and scenics at an excellent price. Hank's art style is awesome.

Another nice set of card art. These can be used in a number of ways from representing encounters like a game board to creating story ideas by shuffling the deck and pulling 4-5 cards at random and then imagining the connections between the cards. If you are playing mostly theater of the mind in your fantasy RPG you can use these to help visualize the game or even initiative markers. Great addition to Vol. 1.

Another great heap of brain food. I typically draw my own index cards for my ICRPG adventures, but these are still worth the money as brainstorming tools. Plus, Hank's art style totally embodies all that is great about D&D, and never fails to get me excited for my next session.

This is fantastic as is all of the icrpg material.

These are so great; round out the set of artwork from the ICRPG core book very nicely (or just add some great general artwork for use with any game system.

I love that the dimensions/margins are set just right so that you only need to cut across two lines (technically three cuts: one cut in half, then two cuts into quarters) without having to "trim" around like so many print-and-play items out there.

For an extra polished look (and durability + waterproof-ness) get an inexpensive thermal laminator and 25 (or 50 in case you need spares) 8.5x11" pouches on Amazon. Cut into quarters, put 4 into each pouch with about a 1/8" margin around each card, laminate, then cut into quarters again. They come out beautifully!

Volume Two... Alrighty Game Fans, of the Table-Top variety, this too is a must have in your library. Digital and Hardcopy. Like the fist, it's a good tool to have on hand for writing your adventures.

Great Mignola / Bourassa inspired artwork that hits just the right note between 'sketchy' and 'too-detailed'. Its like the visual cue of a short, sharp verbal description of a scene / location / NPC / object / monster. Works wonderfully well with the ICRPG, but is fantatsic as an aid to other 'play to see what happens' style of sandbox fantasy RPGs, like Fate or Dungeon World.

The improvements to the first set include the lovely 'margins' that frame the illustration, guidelines for easier cutting and a semi-standardised size of the artwork. (some of the volume one pictures were much larger or smaller than the others).

Great aid. Get crafting. Highly recommended!

Love the artwork. Great to use as in game art, inspiration for enconter design or general creative inspiration.

I love these cards!!! They have made running sessions amazing!!! Took a party of complete newbs (including me as the DM) from treating tabletop like making decisions in a video game to talking in tounges and accents and creating a rich a lively world to play in. The only thing I wish there was is the option to print the flavor text on the backs of the individual cards.

Epic way to get a quick RPG game in. When theater of the mind just isn't going to do it, these are perfect. I own Vol 1 as well. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic! - I can't say enough good things about Index Card Vol. 2 and Vol 1 as well. These card sets are the perfect bridge between Maps / Miniatures and Theater of the Mind. They allow you to quickly map out lots of differnet game situations that you may or may not have been prepared for. They have added a nice element of tactics to my theater of the mind style game. Cheap to print out. Fast and easy to cut up. Win, Win and Win. 100% recommended! Looking forward to Set 3 and beyond.

I like this very much. It's evocative and easy to use. The simple yet athmospheric style makes it ideal for inspiration and usage to demonstrate rather than describe. The video in Volume 1 pretty much shows how you can use it. It has got:
