This supplement presumes you're not familiar or that you're of a singular mind when it comes to D&D. It's an aggressive and in your face document and while that's fine, it isn't very professional. It's full of advice that might work for their Dungeon Land game, but in general I would consider the advice to be bad.
For example: "Should I pregenerate the dungeon or roll at the table" comes with the response "roll at the table, pregenerating isn't as fun". But that sort of prep work (to a limit) always makes the game easier on the DM.
HOWEVER
This is all from a generic standpoint. Their "Dungeon World" setting/game seems to provide situations, items, characters, and events that are designed to turn D&D on it's head. So if you're running/reading Dungeon Land, then this IS the supplement you want. Otherwise, it isn't generic advice that everyone should take.
