Good details on all the factions and the items one can get (for another 9 days). To bad they are going away, the faction were always a quick hook to get a campain started.

PRO:

• adds life to the scenes behind the adventures that players go through
• aids the sense that there is a global community working together
• cool bonuses and added features
• creates a currency which empowers characters beyond what's on their character sheets (eg, 3rd tier faction items)
• creates a convenient hook

CON:

• doesn't come into play nearly often enough through RP
• often feels like an afterthought from the developers
• renown/secret missions don't tie in together very well (why not a continuing story of development instead of ONLY random missions?)
• there's no community, in reality; it's merely an illusion of community (why not make it more?)
• this doesn't tie in with the 5e sense of connection to the world (eg, through the adoption and management of property)

Really helps with Adventures League play, shows all info you need. Wish it showed some more info on where and how you could get secret missions.
