I've run two of these adventures and read 4 or 5 of the others, to my inexperienced eyes they all seem very good. My party consisted of only 3 players, so I had to go through and re-balance the monster encounters slightly but there are onlne tools out there that make this very easy.
Temple of the Nightbrinbgers: Good level 1 adventure, simple story and a handful of interesting NPCs followed by a short dungeon crawl. This was my first time DMing and I found this adventure easy to run, although I did spend some time fleshing out the NPCs first.
Terror at Triboar: Everyone loved the story here and the NPCs were a lot of fun. I tweaked things a little to make the two adventures flow together more naturally, which was very easy. My one criticism is that the random encounters all fell flat, they all seemed kind of forced and tacked-on. In the end I stopped using them because nobody was enjoying them but the rest of the adventure was solid.
