This was an ok module. The group preferred Beneath the Fetid Chamber, but they still had fun in this one. The traps were varied and a bit tricky, but also a little vague. The ending was very satisfying for my group since they prefer battle over puzzles. I thought it had a decent mix of both.

This was my first adventure that I DMed. It was easy to follow and fun. My group enjoyed the adventure quite a bit, espeically the mud mephit. The final battle was challenging. Overall I thought it was a well written module.

Our group loved this module. It was a great little holiday break from the usual trap finding, hack & slash of many modules. The games were fun and all the players really enjoyed them. I thought it did a good job of representing what a holiday festival might actually look like in a small town. Well written.

I really liked this module. It was an interesting mystery to unravel, along with a list of suspects that needed to be interrogated. Provided plenty of opportunity for DM character playing and for player's to interact socially. The conflicts had purpose and was easily scalable to the party strength. My only criticism would be that the culprit seemed to have the least likely reason to be accused. Without DM help, in my opinion, it would be very difficult for the party to deduce correctly who was the true criminal. I did love the homage to Scooby Doo at the end though.

I liked the module, especially since it seemed designed to set up the rest of the trilogy. However, I feel like it was too top heavy on just standing around and watching events. If you have a group that loves to role play and intermingle with the townsfolk, this is a nice little module for you. If your group prefers to exercise their tactical and battle skills, this may not be the module for you.
