This module shines in its simplicity: a clear goal, a linear path, and a series of multiple short/simple combat encounters with a few skill checks in between. (At least, the party I ran it for seemed to have no trouble with any of the combats.) Conversely, it means that there's little room for role-playing, if that is what the players are interested in.
Unfortunately, story-wise, this module is simply to lead in to Chelimber's Descent, which is a much worse module, so I can see this module (which is fine as a standalone but not exciting) as easily skipped; these two modules don't even have any effect on the season finale (Parnast Under Siege) like most other modules in the storyline do.
(For two minor complaints: the module interchangably uses "swamp" and "marsh", even though those are different classifications: since the area is described as having trees, the Marsh of Chelimber is a swamp, and not actually a marsh. Also, the name of the module is questionable: unless your water weird is more effective than mine is at drowning characters, no one actually goes beneath Chelimber at any point.)
