I love this adventure in combination with DDAL05-07 Chelimber's Descent. It's a fun adventure that allows for interesting combats. A group that loves to run in and attack without scouting or planning will have a rough go of the main area. Though it's definitely possible for the group to succeed it won't be easy if they trigger all the fights at the same time. I've run this adventure multiple times with varying outcomes. There is room for steath and ambush as well as roleplay opportunities. One particularly loquacious group talked to the enemies and got the whole backstory as well as convinced them to rethink their choices and leave.
The Adventure is basically broken down into 3-4 fights. The first fight can be quite deadly depending on how hard you make a water weird in a swamp. Also, I suggest not focusing on level 1 players here as the damage from one hit could out right kill them if you roll the damage.
Then there are a series of checks which are fairly useless as I've never seen someone fail them. The players are given ample bonuses as long as they loot the area. If failed then the adventure could drag on for a long time.
The other 2-3 fights are all in the same location and seem to be scaled decently. If it is a strong table, I recommend using some creative tactics as the fights can be a bit easy, especially the "Boss" fight.
