The actual adventure is OK. Is it a little lazy in places -- for example, it tells you about the victims but doesn't name them. Not a huge deal, but definitely not polished enough to run out of the box.
It lacks a map. In an age of VTTs, an adventure without a map is basically half an adventure.Parts of it kind of depend on the map, so I think it's a significan shortfall, but as always, your mileage may vary.
I gave in 4 stars because the adventure idea is usable, but as a ready-to-run adventure, I'd probably rate it 3 stars.
