I'm very happy with this thorough and constantly interesting guide to the places, lifestyle and politics of a colonial ocean world. There's plenty here to play out an extended stay on the planet. A thoughtful treatment of colonial politics has implications wider than the single world which could be of help to an entire campaign.
The only fundamental gap I see is description of the seismic and volcanic disturbances which seem to be constant to the planet. There's little information on Serawek's native lifeforms, but that could be covered in a larger product.
The possibilities for adventure here are mostly derived from political interaction, though there's always the thrill of waveboarding and a suggestion of unknown qualities among Serawek's sea life.

QUALITY: Very Good

VALUE: Very Satisfied
