This is a flexible, easy-to-assemble set of ruins that I can see getting a lot of use out of. Many wall and widget options, and I really liked the optional 1" grid for the floor.

They could stand-in for wrecked homesteads. At an excellent price, this is a great value, and also an excellent place to start assembling ruined structures.

Humanoids Set

Overall, a good set. There's a decent selection of typical humanoid races here. Of the large figurines, the Ogre is rather plain but the others are pretty good (the Minotaur is a particular standout!). If you want a larger selection of Medium and Large-size figures, grab Humanoids II and Trolls & Ogres, but this is still worth getting, especially as a starting point.

Medieval Walls Set Paper Models

A very flexible set. The towers are versatile and the instructions are comprehensive on how to use the pieces, with many useful examples.

It would be useful to have the ability to hide the shutters on the tower components, if only to save a bit of ink if they won't be used.

The wall sections are quite tricky to put together. What I've done is to cut a piece of foamboard to the correct height and longer than the wall: it's already the correct thickness. It then slots nicely into the wall so that you can glue the long side first, then glue the side tabs. This makes the job faster and more pleasant.

Undead Set

An excellent assortment of figures, there's something for everyone who deals with undead in their campaigns. The 'Lich' and 'Vampire' figures would also pull double-duty as any evil magic-user or cleric. It was interesting to see a 'Mummy' figure.

The large variety of skeleton figures works for this product, rather than against it. A game master can use these to indicate particular undead, or give variety within a large crowd of animated skeletons. I was pleased to see a Dragon Skeleton in the mix, and mounted undead are a nice touch. The only thing missing is an Skeleton on a skeletal horse :)

A good product, well worth the money. I enjoy the 'themed' sets: with some planning I see much potential to use this as either allies, rivals or a nemesis for your gaming group. My only complaint is that the larger triagonal figures have much vertical whitespace and tend to obscure vision when placed on the tabletop if the players don't move around a lot.
