This is a "must have" for every GM running a fantasy setting!
Buy it, you won't be sorry.
You get a small town/village with good b/w hand-drawn maps (one top-down and another isometric-landscape). There are great full page handouts as well. The best part is that the village is ready for you to give to your player who has won a title as a vassal of a higher ranking noble. The economics of running a manor is presented in an intelligent manner with good consideration for playability vs realism. It makes indirect use of the "Stronghold Builders Guide", so it is compatible with your library.
What you don't get is ready made village fully fleshed out. You must supply names and background for just about everyone. The buildings are empty. There general purposes are discussed, but not all are detailed. This may all seem like a down side, but I have had many products that I have had to alter extensively, and this suits me just fine. It's generic and excellent.

QUALITY: Excellent

VALUE: Very Satisfied
