Truly, a much needed expansion on the incredibly thin Thay chapter in Rise of Tiamat. Running a mystery is tricky at high level what with all the characters' powerful abilities, but the tension of the setting and circumstances really reels in the characters and forces them to be careful and meticulous. Plus, you can have some real fun roleplaying all the different suspects.

I've been running JttRC as a campaign and this resource has been invaluable! It really helps flesh out the citadel and has been a springboard for interesting encounters and adventures.

Really had fun playing this one for a Pride Month event. It's cute, soft and great for fans of romance. There's also a ecological message in there which I was not expecting but appreciated nonetheless.

I've run this adventure twice now and it's been an absolute blast both times. I am not a huge fan of magical girl anime myself, but my players were, and the author has done a great job of creating a space where fans can dig into the beloved tropes of the genre. We even enjoyed the way the adventure started in the middle of the "season," with the characters already established. It's like tuning into a mid-season episode of a great show!

As a personal preference, I would have liked more concrete info regarding the Academy that characters are part of- departments, lessons, traditions and the like. I understand this is a bit of a balancing act, though, as it being more vague allows it to fit into a number of different settings.

That said, I have to give it a 5/5 if only because one of my players STILL asks when we're doing an Arcane Moon campaign. If another adventure comes out in this series, I'm buying it!

I haven't actually started session 0 of my Radiant Citadel campaign yet, and this resource has already helped a great deal. My players are all playing characters from the founding civilisations, so having the extra lore to flesh them out was really useful!

This adventure is highly recommended for a reason. I've run it twice now and it's great fun with exciting set pieces and really nice guidance regarding how to resolve situations using skills.

If you're interested in using areas of Faerun beyond the Sword Coast, it's also a great springboard for adventuring further east. I happen to have made the Anauroch Desert an important location in my home game, and it was nice to play an adventure set specifically in this under-utilised location.

Whether you are a fan of the Baldur's Gate series or not, this is a fantastic resource. For me, the sections regarding good and evil characters is the best part. Their biographies are all so interesting and unique that one can easily start to imagine building quests- or even whole campaigns- around a single memorable character.
