Awesome! Well over 100 monsters from some of my favorite 5E publishers! I have adventurs from many of these folks including:
Andrew Cawood
Chris Bissette
Jeff Stevens
Kelsey Dionne
Rob Twohy
Tony Petrecca
Phil Beckwith
They are all awesome! Having some of the best monsters from their adventures in one module is too cool! The Big Green Eye, Eelfolk, The Evil Doll, they are all tremendous! This also includes cool, old-school black and white pictures/tokens for every monster (except for one I think?).
This also comes with a new way to look up an NPC. Of course it has NPC's categorized alphabetically, by CR and class. However, it also includes NPC by Terrain Type! Very cool when you want to quickly drop a random monster on your part that is in a swamp and you want to determine what creatures might work without having to sort through each one.
Anyway, highly recommended! As soon as I get a chance I will be doing a brief video review and posting it as well.

ThanX so much for the kind words Allen. Very thoughtful.
The one token that this module doesn't include is for the elemental core. This is an NPC that is part of a group of constructs. It is the only NPC (out of 121) that did not include an image, but there is an "E" token assigned to it, just so everyone reading this is clear.
ThanX again for the great review. We appreciate it.

This is a great mini-adventure. I love the premise. Who doesn't like finding a portal to Avernus! The map of the Rift (there is a DM and a player version) is incredibly well done. I love the artwork. There are some cool obstacles written into the module and some interesting powers of the monsters like "incinerate metal". All in all, I think it is a great adventure and worth the price for the map alone! Five stars for me!

So I took the plunge and purchased this bundle yesterday. I am NOT disappointed! Really cool old school feel to everything. When I say old school I do not mean simple by any means! All the work is incredibly detailed. It just brings me back to my old school AD&D days.... I will be using these for Fantasy Grounds. I see myself having to make a few adjustments as some of the maps are extremely large! One is 7000 x 5000 pixels (or therabouts) and some are 4.8+ MB. For those of you that use Fantasy Grounds you will understand that is problematic. Given the maps all come with a grid (which is important as the FG grid would not be isometric), I need to keep the scale, but reduce the size of the maps. I decided I would use a screencapture program (I use snippet), to take out sections of the mega-maps to get them to say 1500 x 1500 pixels or less.
Once I have the maps the right size, the tokens can be added to NPC's (monsters), dragged to the combat tracker and then from the combat tracker to the map and they work just fine! Just lock the token scale and you are good to go! Keep in mind that some things won't work like distance. Typically if you click on an NPC an arrow will pop up showing you the distance to the target. Given there is no FG grid, distance targeting won't work (although of course you can target the NPC just like any other "flat" token type, it just want show the actual distance to the target). For me, I'm going to try these out first for a Shadow of the Demon Lord Game where distance isn't as important. I still might use them for my 5E games as well.
Anyway, I LOVE the quality of these maps and I'm anxious to play around with the tools you get in the bundle to create my own! You get a few blank maps and over 300+ props (dungeon tiles, cave tiles, buildings, etc) to create your own!
I'm really anxious to start using these and can't wait for his next product.

I ran through this last night. The video attached to the preview page is mine! It was a ton of fun. Really well done. The individual who converted it into a fantasy grounds module (Rob2e) watched and he said I took the absolutely shortest right possible! Even with that and moving extremely quickly it took me an hour and a half. I definitely think this would typically be 2-4 hrs. I literally only had one encounter, which was the boss battle! There was a ton I didn't explore and I absolutely look forward to replaying this several times. The author even has written in very specific details for different classes. Really well done. You also never need to search for links/pages. Rob did an excellent job of converting this. Just remember the link you need is always on the story entry you have open!
Really excited to roll up another character to try this again and can't wait for a sequel! Very unique module and well worth the price for me.

So, let me say I REALLY like this module. I have not run it yet but plan to this weekend. Really good mix of roleplay and combat and certainly plenty of room to modify as a DM. I love the Battle Stat Tracker in the PDF. However, this review is mostly for the fantasy grounds module.
I really like the variability of the monsters and the utilization of some cool monsters that aren't all that common such as the Flesh Golem, Bone Giant and Bone Naga. Speaking of which, the final battle I have a feeling could easily be a TPK for a party of four, 6th level characters. It will certainly be extremely challenging!
All in all, I would absolutely rate this as a 5-star. I did find a handful of module issues with encounters, maps and parcels which I submitted to the author and hope he corrects them. I considered rating the module 4-star because of those issues, but ultimately rated it 5-star as the value I feel like I received for the price is awesome.
I highly recommend this module.

Hey, all. So, first things first, I had some input on this module but Rob by FAR did the bulk of the work. I use this every single time I run a game. I LOVE how much more immersive my games are with this.
So, what does it do? This module has more than 500+ chatsounds build into it. What does that mean? It means once you load and activate it, so long as you have a Syrinscape adventure path subscription up and running and you have loaded the DOE: Base and DOE: Sound extensions (and turned on Sounds in the option menu), as a GM, when you run your games, many sounds will trigger solely off of what appears in the Fantasy Grounds chat window. Whether its an attack, spell, effect, etc., there are so many things that will play without you doing anything!
Also, you can change anything you want for your own use (ie. if you don't like the sound that is triggering from a spell, etc.., just change the sound string!).
One important note so you don't think anything is broken. The "trigger" from the Fantasy Ground chat must be sent over the internet (which is a Fantasy Grounds thing and not anything to do with the module). So, most of the sounds should trigger if the chat in FG is from the player, but it might not if its from the GM depending on what options you select in FG. Just play around with things and you will figure it out. You can always come on the FG forum and ask Rob or I questions about it as well. Happy to help.
Finally, I would recommend that you create a "silence" sound. You can create one in Syrinscape and then put that string into FG and name it "silence". I like to have that handy in case a sound is triggered which keeps going and going and I want to stop it. Its nice to have a silence button at the ready!
I hope everyone enjoys this module. I know how much time and effort Rob put into this. Shout out to Dulux-Oz for his AMAZING DOE extensions without which (and his awesome cooperation), this module would never have been possible!

As a DM, this is a tremendous resource! It's hard to ask players to really devote time to learn how to code spell effects properly and even when you do we all make mistakes! It might be a "space" in the wrong place or something small, but the effects don't work! Now you the whole list of spells coded properly with proper notes on range, concentration, etc.. What a resource!
I highly recommended for DM's and players alike. If you want to get on the good side of your DM, buy this and have all your spells coded properly! It will save a lot of time during your sessions.
Thanks, Rob!

Awesome! A great FG module to expand your character creation process. The author is amazingly timely with his updates as well. Thanks so much for creating this!

Absolutely phenomenal character sheet. If you are truly looking for an automated character sheet with all the bells and whistles, this is it. Hands down the best character sheet I've used and I've used quite a few! Well worth whatever he wants to charge for it.

So, this is a MUCH needed product for me as a 5e DM using Fantasy Grounds. As I beging to run Princes of the Apocalypse, having tables to help me figure out what items are in each shop, how much they will cost, etc. is invaluable! I've purchased many dmsguild products and this one I would pay a lot more than $1.99 for! I've also purchased several products from this publisher and his modules are always high quality and he is extremely responsive to corrections/suggestions. Make your life easier and buy this!

This is an awesome random monster table. It also includes several table options in the event you have not purchased all of the different monster guides on fantasy grounds. For example, right now I only have the Monster Manula and Volo's Guide but have not yet purchased Tome of Beasts. This random monster generator has me covered!
Really great work. Highly recommend!

First off, this is an awesome module. I've dm'd several one-shot adventures and this is definitely a 12hr + module and worth every penny at $1.99. I would have paid more! Second, attention to detail. Rob has really provided a ton of detail to assist you with setting up the adventure and how to run it. This is a very unique adventure in that you start at Level 0! This makes for some very interesting roleplaying early on. Rob has made sure to give you all the information you need, in a crisp, clear format, to run this in fantasygrounds as well. Not only do you get the pdf to run this as an in-person game, you also get the fantasygrounds mod! There are essentially two pretty large dungeons to go through as well as some smaller maps for the beginning and conclusion of the adventure.
Not only is there a very cool twist with the adventure, but the maps themselves are very well done and detailed. Again, I can't stress enough the attention to detail in this module. Given characters start at level 0, Rob gives you a step by step walkthrough on how to create the characters, how to explain the setup to the PC's, how to build an effect in fantasygrounds to handle the lack of proficiency level 0 characters have, etc..
Overall, the value of this module in my opinion, far exceds the price! If you're looking for something unique to challenge a group with and go a bit "old-school" with rolling characters and not min-maxing stats, pick this up today, you won't be disappointed.

Ok. So, every time I create a new campaign in fantasy grounds I need to go searching for my conditions and effects that I know will come up during the campaign. This module is awesome! This will make my life so much easier! Fantasy grounds has some of the basic conditions and effectds already loaded, but there are so many I'm always looking for that I have to build on the fly. No I'll have pretty much anything I need at my fingertips. Can't wait to try it out in my campaigns.

I've purchased all of the current (5) 5e creature decks and love them. Excellent resource to show my players what they are facing and I love having the stats on the back that I can use quickly instead of flipping pages in the MM or other resources!
