Thank you for making this! My players absolutely loved being able to sign a physical deed to keep.

Ended up running this as a one shot for my Waterdeep campaign when a few of my players couldn't make it. They had a blast navigating all of the traps and even managed to befriend the minotaur instead of fighting it!

Simple and easy to run! The shock and laughter from my players when they finally figured out who they were fighting was amazing.

Ran this for my group and really loved how much depth it added!

This is an amazing and hilarious resource! The layout makes it easy to use. The art and design really add flair. Cannot wait to start using this and I will recomend it to everyone! Well worth the price consdering the obvious amount of effort that went into this.

My players loved this! We had a varied mix of people at the table; from someone who had never played before to a few that had been playing off and on since the 80's. Between the challenges of underwater combat and the encounters (who doens't love a flail snail?) it kept everyone entertained and engaged. The suprise on their faces when they finally figured out where they were was priceless!

I cannot say enough good things about this module. I ended up modifying it so some of the encounters would be more challenging for my 7th level players. They loved it! For most of them it was their first time dealing with (or even hearing about) Modrons. Which are one of my absolute monsters and I wa so happy to share this with them. The encounters that took place on the farm were excellent to get everyone into the roleplaying and by the end everyone was totally in love with Tobbi. We laughed, we cried...Well done!

My players loved this! It was a fantastic story and it was very easy for me to make some minor changes that let it fit into our existing campaign a little easier. The treasure listed felt suitable, the combat vs. non combat encounters were great and the overall urgency created was absolutely perfect.

I chose this for my first time as a DM and it was an excellent choice. Memorble NPCs that were a joy to play. It was just enough information to get me going and left some wiggle room for me to embelish. My group absolutely loved it!
