This is an exceptionally creative, unique, and personal suppliment. It has honestly got me struggling to describe not only how useful it is as an addition to 5e D&D, but the importance of this book as a creative effort in support of black lives. I bought it twice, the huge amount of unique content easily makes it well worth the cost of a published D&D book. Also the cover is stunning in color! PoD would be amazing to see if you could manage to make it affordable and charitable.
Black lives matter.

Gods of Faerun is a very well thought out addition for use in the Forgotten Realms. The piety mechanic has seemed to be little utilized outside of the occasional Theros game, and this gives a lot of versatility to 5e setting. I have used it as inspiration for my own character, as well as a refrence point to gage the favouribility of player actions in the eyes of their Gods. Really useful, worth the price, 5 stars.

There are some balancing questions, inconsistencies in wordings, and features I have had to adjust for my table. However, this suppliment is amazing! It is thoughtful, creative, and a positive reflections of the values of its inspirational material. I currently have a Bladeling Firelancer in my party and the level of flavour it offers his character, the uniqueness of his abilitys and skills, really makes the Lancer a unique class.

For those rare groups, those extraordinary heros, who refuse to retire or die. 5 stars. The frequent updates, balancing and attention to detail provided for higher level gameplay in 5e makes this a must buy.

I am not going to say much, only that this book is worth every hard earned coin spent. Even if your not an Eberron fan the inspiration you'll find in this document is completely worth it. The richly detailed history and illustrations make Eberron an excellent refrence point when considering how to shape the ecology of a fantasy setting.

Although this book is dated by the time I write this review I still find it an excellent and creative suppliment that is easy to use and reference for players of all expierence levels. Who hasn't wanted to play a Mind Flayer at some point? I have had several players explore the options in this book, the Bladeling is especially nice for 5e. Although the orginization, word choice, and overall layout could use some improvement the creativity alone makes this a 5 star rating.

The additional spells added are creative, well written, and offer a lot of versatility for your elemental spellcasters. However some of the spells are incredibly unbalanced and OP when compared to their RAW counterparts. Overall great suppliment.

Thanks for the review, glad you like it!
Also, feel free to share stories from your game about how the spells you're concerned about affected gameplay, and I can take that into consideration for possible revisions.
Thanks again! |

Supplimental and vital information for 5e can be found in this book for Dungeon Masters. What the DMG, TCoE, or XGE doesn't consider you'll probably be able to find within this book. The scenarios are well written and great to use on the fly!

I've found this PDF to be extremely useful, as it saves an extraordinary amount of time during prep for those sessions when my players innevitably need to do some shopping.

This adventure was easy to run, and simple to complete. My friend and I used it as a way to create a backstory for how our characters knew each other. The maps included could be reused for other encouters as well.
