I've used this so many times. I don't think it's for everyone as it does require knowing how the software works, but it does an incredible job helping you make character sheets. I used it as a character creator before dndbeyond existed.

The MPMB sheets are so amazing! Allows for super fast and easy character construction...Printed and used at the table, all of our players have very quickly adopted the MPMB sheets and we all love them!!! Wouldnt use anything else..

These sheets are a great way of quickly rolling up some fantastic characters.

If you want a self-filling character sheet can't afford D&D Beyond (or just don't want it, no judgement here) MPMB's character generator sheets are the way to go.

All of the supplements are included and the math is sound so you just choose how bad-ass you want your character and the sheet does the rest!

My only wish is that it was phone-compatible. You NEED Adobe Acrobat Reader, so your phone's or browser's quick-view isn't going to work.

All-in-all, very well done.

this is a great sheet. it is intuitive and has all the possible sources from unearthed arcana at your fingertips. it does take a little bit to load sources so I suggest that you only choose sources you know that you want to use when generating a character.

I got this for free 3 month ago and came back to add a paid purchase because this has become an indespensible part of building my characters. This sheet is so well thought out and programed. I love how easy it is to roll a character and how thorough it is with the data. I rarely have issues with the content, if ever, and I use it weekly. I love this product so much! Well done!

This is, by far, the best automated D&D Character sheet I've ever used, and I've tried quite a few of them over the years. The relative ease with which you can add homebrew content, make minor adjustments to calculations using the Modifiers function, as well as the general layout and functionality of the sheet are truly impressive. I now use this sheet exclusively to create my characters. I also use it to quickly develop NPCs in the campaigns I run when I want them to have class levels. It's really an amazing tool for players and DMs!

This automated PDF character sheet is brilliant! I have used a lot of PDFs, both for work and play, and I've never seen one as advanced as this one. This sheet automatically contains everything you need to quickly and easily create a D&D 5e character without having to get out every single book you own, and open 10 different documents online, in order to see all your options. I've always enjoyed creating characters, and this sheet makes even better!

CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS SHEET ENOUGH. Really, the author should be charging for this, because it is ridiculously good. So if you get it for free, and you like it, you really need to come back and buy it so that the author gets a few bucks. He has obviously put a huge amount of work into this PDF, and he continues to upgrade and update it as needed.

If you play D&D, you want this character builder. 'Nuff said.

I spent a long time wandering through the internet looking for character sheets that would make character creation a little more straightforward, and maybe take some of the uncertainty out of leveling up (saving me cumulative hours of flipping through the first 50 pages of the PHB).

This exceeded my expectations. Shattered them.

I recommend this to everyone I know who plays 5e. It is so dramatically superior to every other character sheet I could find that it feels like doing them a favor. Beyond its intuitive design and handy automation, the sheer amount of data stuffed behind the scenes here is breathtaking. Every basic item, every spell, every feat, every race and class and subclass, is simple to use and understand. Including UA content as it comes out is just one (staggering) example of the degree to which this goes above and beyond.

I can't imagine anyone objecting to this sheet for anything but the most personal, aesthetically based reasons. I guess the sheer number of options might also dissuade someone looking for something simple, but the truth is this IS simple. It's probably agonizingly complex behind the scenes, but creating a character is as simple as can be. Even if buttons terrify you, it's a pretty solid sheet just to print out and fill in by hand.

It's not perfect. Damn close, but not quite. For reasons that are probably far beyond my understanding, spell sheet generation is a little slow. It's a known problem, and you're warned on the sheet, but it's the only thing that really takes more than a second or so to generate. It makes messing around with spells when you're still experimenting with builds a bit of a chore. One option is to just generate all the spells for a class and keep track of which ones you actually know, which I find works out ok. Don't let this minor inconvenience dissuade you for a moment though. This sheet towers above its contemporaries. The thought and care that has gone into it blows me away, and I wish they included a link to this page on the inside cover of every Player's Handbook.

This is my go to sheet when it comes to creating characters for 5e and the go to sheet for those that ask for something outside of the official sheets- As much as I would love to use a digital (super fancy color) version, still a fan of the pen and paper and thus, I go with the printer friendly. Also, love the fact there are some JS that can add to the homebrew feels.

It would be nice if there was an expanded magical items section: with larger boxes and option to mark charges. It would also be nice if the spell sheet could give an option where it would display the entire description instead of just a 1 line summary

This character sheet is amazing. It may be a bit confusing to use at first, but when you've got the hang of it, it's just perfect. It's seriously easy to use. I once did this stuff by hand... no more.
