And...
This was a fairly decent concept. The group is kind of like a scattered and dissociate fantasy version of the KKK. It has decent information on their formation and influences, with no details of the kind that would prevent them from being dropped into any campaign world. Any GM who wishes to use this will have a great deal of detailing to do, as it only presents generalities, not specifics.
Overall, it was about what I would have expected for a dollar.

LIKED: More concrete than the first Secret Orders book. This was the seed of a usable organization that has purpose and direction.

DISLIKED: It seemed to cut off rather abruptly. I was reading along, expecting it to keep on going into the next section of information, when suddenly I was simply at the end of the document. It was as if the author simply stopped writing in mid-document and ran it off to print it... which made it feal like half of a product.

QUALITY: Acceptable

VALUE: Satisfied
