I like this product, the information in it is nicely structured, and you get a nice overview of what you can do if you want to set up a tThieve's Guild.
Do be warned that the information inside is thoroughly aimed at maintaining the guild as a "off-screen" thing, unless you (as the DM) want to shoulder the NPCs of the entire guild when the PC(s) who have arranged for and set it up wants to come and speak with all of them, it really is (in my opinion) something more for flavour to the world than anything else. It provides money and there's the potential of adding plot hooks into the Thieves' Guild, when they are out and get blackmailing information for instance.
The only gripe for me is the fact that it is heavily aimed as an off-screen thing, granted, you can definitely run it more of a on-screen thing if you (as the DM) wants to shoulder that responsibility and those NPC:s, but otherwise is mostly a book keeping thing that brings some potential flavour and a revenue stream to the party.
Perhaps you could use this to more engage your players? Or at least the one in change of the books for the guild.
Don't get me wrong, I really like the material in here, but it adds a tad more book keeping for the DM, unless a player shoulders it, and it's just in general more things to keep track of. But, if you like that sort of thing, then this is right up your alley.
