An excellent product that deals very well with urban warfare. While set in a cataclysmic near future, it is easily adaptable to modern urban clearance and anti-insurgency scenarios.

The rules are clear, deal with almost all situations and are very playable. There is some degree of paperwork, but once you are familiar with the system, nothing too onerous or that really impacts play.
