Crews is such a simple concept, and such a powerful character/party-defining feature, I always find myself coming back to it. The blueprint set forth by Chris is easy to understand and easy to expand upon. I recommend this to anyone running a Cypher game who wants to help their players feel like a cohesive team.

This is a helpful workbook and I used it a couple of times for some D&D player coming on board. You can tell though, that the licence hampers this PDF since it's filled with page numbers (no cut and paste allowed?). If MCG did this concept, it would rock.

I'd say that the ambition of the project outstrips the limits of the licence and the layout expertise of artist. It still works, but it's not as pretty as it could be.
