I think these guys are great, in some ways they seem even more appropriate than using miniatures(and i'm a HUGE mniatures fan) for Superhero Games, as they add a great comic-book feel when placed on an appropriate battlemat.

There's a really strong selection of archetypes now (if you have all three volumes) and it allows you to cover most of the more common character types.
