Ptolus Sketchbook Vol. 1:Midtown
Publisher: The Forge Studios

I have to completely disagree with the first reviewer. I thought this sproduct was great. It got me excited about Ptolus all over again. The art is fantastic and gives you a great idea what parts of Ptolus look like. And I do not think that any of the complaints of the first reviewer are valid. I am looking foward to more of these sketchbooks. The page number reference complaint is especially silly as the page number references help you easily locate information on the sketch in uqestion and besides, it fits in with the whle ease-of-use atmosphere the Mr. Cook has tried to instill into the big book. My only complaint might be that it would be nice to have some of the sketches (like the blank menu, signpost, flier, and ticket) available in a format in which a user could more easily add their own text - maybe a form within Adobe Reader, or a version that opens in a word processing program - not all of us have Photoshop and/or Illustrator. I will buy more of these without hesitation.

e-Adventure Tiles: Landshark Tunnels

I am very bad about finding the time to write comments, but I needed to do so now. Mr. Bourelle continues to create a great product with the e-Adventure Tiles. This set is a small set that would be very useful to use when some sort of burrowing creature emerges from the earth and attacks the party. The part could then explore the tunnels the creature has left behind. The quality is excellent, as always, and there are even a a connector to more stable caves which would be a great way for a party to accidently discover some lost cave or dungeon. I also like the connector tile that links the cavers with the surface and would love to see more of those. Great work Mr. Bourelle - please continue with more great additions to this line.

Once again, a fantastic product from Skeleton Key Games. I especially love the entrance tiles from both the viewpoint of inside and outside and the thinner and wider entrances. Hey Ed - I'd love to see some different varieties of entrances suc as this, as well as sawmp, desert, and rocky terrains.
