There's just no variety here. Everything is either 1) advantage to this one skill check, 2) +1 bonus to one save, 3) ignore 5 points of x damage, 4) gain resistance y damage, or add +1 to z damage. There are perhaps only 5 entries in the whole thing that are actually unique and creative. I'm sorry, but this wasn't even worth $1.

Creating characters and magic items are 2 of my favorite things in D&D. These additional minor properties help to provide interesting flavor to the itetms you create, I've already fully started implementing this in my campaign. This might have been better presented as a separate, additional list of options to that in the DM's Guide, or at least to have highlighted which items in the set weren't original to this document. There are certainly some interesing ideas here, though not all are equally good, or indeed appropriate in their relative power levels - the "Unencumbered" property, which allows the owner to ignore being encumbered, seems way too powerful to be classed as "minor", for example. Thankfully, most aren't so problematic, however.
