I bought this book as a supplement for a Champions game I was running. I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed. I would have been better off creating my own characters. This is an excellent supplement to Hero Games' Champions. It has more in it than I had anticipated. If you like your heroes with more edge, want to know how to build a character that ranges from James Bond to the Punisher to the Batman, then this is the book for you! Includes package deals and background templates for characters from various military backgrounds as well as all types of law enforcement and outside the law.
