Cannot download pdf; file seems to be corrupted or has been removed?

The Dusksinger feat is amazing! The Dusk Elves fill a nice, neutral niche between the good and evil of the other Elf subraces, and their flavour and lore is very tasty.

I built a Dusk Elf Warlock, Pact of the Blade with Archfey patron, and favoured DEX, CON and INT. They can snipe for huge damage with the Moonbow invocation, and once they're out of spell slots, activate Bladesong and summon their rapier pact weapon to make them a melee tank.

Using Wood Elf racial bonuses makes a lot of sense. I made some enemy NPC's using the CR1/4 Drow by flipping their CHA and WIS stats, and giving them the Dusk Elf Stealth feat to make them sneaky.
