I liked some of the spells in the game to use in my games. I would have liked to seen more diseases though (in the game at least).

Though not as blatant as some of the other Forbidden Arcana PDF's, these diseases will slowly add some fun into an adventure.

This was very interesting and has become a permanent element of my campaign.

This is a pretty good book, it has some unusual diseases you can inflict upon your players. Its a small file which can be useful. The price isn't too bad either. It is well worth it. I like the 101 series.

This will be a wonderfully evil surprise to drop onto your unsuspecting players, as a twist on a "stave off the town's plague outbreak" plotline.

For the price, this product is a nice addition! The books are creative. I got some good ideas for my gaming group off these products. (I got a few of hte Forbidden Arcana, including the freebies =D )

"Magical Diseases" is another in Ronin Arts' Forbidden Arcana series of D20 mini-supplements. The Forbidden Arcana series features solid plug-in rule sets each dealing with some hidden secret of magic, and includes the PDFs "Eater of the Arcane", "Necromantic Feats", "Burning Spellbooks", and "Librum Antiquus Diablerie" as well as non-PDF offerings "Demon Vents" and "God Shadows". This no-nonsense PDF is an excellent resource for any DM who's grown tired of Cackle Fever and Red Ache or who wants to include some consequences to the PC's liberal use of magic. As always, it's a fine addition to any d20 game's repertoire, displaying Ronin Arts' typical high design standards, and featuring a price that's not to be beat.

Interesting topic, and well executed. Perhaps not for a rookie DM, but definitely worth a look for an experienced DM wanting something new to scare his PCs with.
