A very good post-apocalyptic setting with overtones of the Matrix and GURPS Reign of Steel. You do need EABA for this, but anything that gets one away from d20 serves well.<br><br><b>DISLIKED</b>: Like much science fiction in this last decade or so, it fails to act on the "courage of its extrapolations", and instead prefers to limit technology's effect on the setting for dramatic effect. The future probably won't be comprehensible to today's citizens anymore than today would be comprehensible to someone from 1800.<br><br><b>QUALITY</b>: Acceptable<br><br><b>VALUE</b>: Satisfied<br>
