101 divine components isn't unique in its genre, there is also 101 arcane components :)
Though this kind of book comes only from Philip J. Reed, so a bit of explanation might be useful:
This book feature components to be added in the casting of a spell, those component then provoke side effect: increased range, temporary special ability to be used later like lay on hand, etc...
It's advised that knowing how to use a component is best handled through roleplaying, though a knowledge(religion) DC is porvided for each component. alongside value, description and weight.
The component itself increase the casting time, and a spellcraft roll is required to make it effective (and a natural 1 can have bade side effect).
The components are each separated by clerical domain and to be used alongside domain spell, a miscelanous category of components is included which can be used on any divine spell.
All components are interesting, from the death of an aerial servant for the Air domain to the heart of a metalic dragon for the Evil domain.
The plus that make a big difference in PDF: the presentation is very good, and illustrations are top notch
