I cannot recommend this guide enough to new e-publishers. I spent weeks or more reading treads for the information that was presented in this guide in a strait and clear cut manner. There are somany goodies that contained in it that it is worth far more than what is charged.

These days when I'm asked how to become an e-Publisher I point people to this product.

An invaluable source of information and advice for the would-be e-publisher. Major issues are laid out clearly, and of special interest (to me, at least) are the pre-written legal contracts. Really, if you're interested in even so much as trying it out, I highly recommend this product.

An excellent compendium of advice on how to do it (and not do it), with solid thoughts from PDF giants. This was well worth the money.

As someone who is interested in learning more about publishing RPG materials, this book is wonderful.

This product has the word definative in the tite, and it deserves it. Is it more focused on larger products rather than small ones? Yes. Is it full of ideas that will probably occur to you if you stop and really think things through? Yes. OD you still need it anyway? YES, because it makes all those ideas organized and easy to get straight in your head. It doens't pull punches and it is FULL of REAL and USEFUL facts. Not just generalizations, but hard cold NUMBERS. While religiously not trying to advocate any particular service or method, the book still manages to cover the going standards in a useful manner. If all else fails, go back and read what Monte Cook said about it again.

An invaluable guide for all in the industry - and just as useful for those in the print business too! Every stage of the e-publishing process is detailed, from company formation and product conception to marketing and sales. No publisher should be without it!

This has been one of the best investments I have made in a long while. Such a great amount of information for a starting ePublisher for such a great price - I recommend it to just about anyone wanting to break into the business.

I learned most of these things on my own, but I purchased the product for the legal information now that DDG Games is venturing into the contract-writer realm.

For its content, I'd have to say that is seems a bit overpriced. But I guess they've got a corner on the market. Since it's really your only option in this category, its worth is whatever you'll pay for it.
