I wish I had cut out part the first part of this adventure and just gone straight to "Act Two". Continuing a problem from the first module, there is too much of what's not needed and not enough of what is needed. Add to this, the art is sub-par.

Seems to provide too much of what's not needed and not enough of what is. For example, there a part at a magic academy that just seems unnecessary and forced. However, there is a dearth of information about the city the PCs are supposed to care about.

Started using it almost the minute I recieved it. It is great for idea generation, when you're not quite sure what to do next in you campaign. You can also watch the author use it on his YouTube channel to see examples of how to use it. Great book.

I think this sets the standard for creating hexploration maps with specific steps for how to develop a map for hexploration. The monsters are creepy and the encounters are interesting. I tried to use some of the optional rules for surviving in the forest but I think my players were too high level (Tier 2) to make it worthwhile.

This is more of an outline than a fleshed out adventure. As such there are much better values.

This product does deliver what it says but in a very limited manner. There are specific descriptions for specific enounter types e.g., guard. Accordingly, once you use it would you use it again? If you have a a dozen guards do they all have the same treasure? I thought it would provide tables that would allow a lot more variety for treasure and gear generation. There is a table but, for more me, it's insufficient.
