Front, and back, covers included. Neatly done, organized by level, and alphabetically.
The spells are listed three to a page, throughout. By printing with the "Fit to Page" option selected, they will fit nicely, three spells/page.
This scan DOES include the front/back covers. It includes a page listing/showing the symbols used to represent which school of magic/sphere of power, in the spell cards, to help you quickly learn how to recognize the school/sphere, at a glance. These are organzied into double-sided cards, as well. After these pages, you will find spell lists, by level, on double-sided cards, for quick reference, for both wizards, and priests! These are followed by a page containing double-sided cards with the spell progression table, and the Priest Undead Turning Table on the reverse, of the Priest's card; on the Wizard's card, you will find the Wizard's spell progression table, with information regarding spell book construction/expense, on the reverse side.
For the money, it is a fantastic deal! The printed version was $18.95... There are, however, over 200 pages! It is a lot of material to print off! Your best bet, is to print double-sided, if you have a duplex printer; if not, you can manually duplex, one sheet at a time...
One issue with these, however, is that they will be printed on paper, unless you use card stock. You will likely find it better to cut them apart, also, so that you can arrange them into "prayer books", with listings of your PC's specific spells, only. They are normally laid out in alphabetical order, by level. I plan to cut mine apart, and then tape them together, in full sheets, to form a 'prayer book', for my PC's, to speed look-up's during play. By punching them with a 3-hole, they will fit into my PC character binder, neatly, with minimal wear/tear during gaming sessions. These will be much easier to use, than my previous attempts at copying HTML versions of the spell descriptions into a word processor document... They have done 80% of the work, for me, now all I have to do, is to print them out, arrange them, and then assemble them into my organized, personalized, prayer books. "Your mileage may vary." Cheers!
