Excellent item. I recommend this as a great add to different ideas to make non-combat/non-explore time just that much more fun. Helps 1 of the 3 main pillars of 5e just that much better.

Thought it would be something to help me as a DM to track scroll's that the PCs have but it is just something that I can do a lot eaiser with a sticky note with the name and page number of the scroll to give to the PCs.

I like the idea of what this form was created for. I think it would be a little more useful if each sheet had 4-6 PC's info on it instead of 8. I still have to "squint" at this sheet (Maybe it's just my eyes). I like the player skills area thou I'm still trying to see how to use it better. The party languages isn't that useful and it takes up a big space on the sheet that might be better used for individual PC information.

This was a fun mod to put into my on going game. Might be good to have suggestions on how to make this for different levels as my PCs were at lvl 6 when I ran this.
