I'll preface this by stating that I do not have access to either "Out of the Abyss" or the 5th Edition DM's Guide, so if any part of my review can be answered via either of those two sources then feel free to ignore those parts.
I agree with the previous reviewers that the stats and layout are decent, but at the same time I feel like they were written in a hurry. Looking over his skills and saving throws, it feels more like a direct conversion from his stat block in the 3rd Edition "Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting" book to 5E equivalents, rather than an actual derivation and selection of skills based on his stats. Based on the features that you did bother to list in his stat block, it's safe to assume you intended this version of Drizzt to be a lvl. 18 ranger of the hunter archetype. Continuing under that assumption, a ranger's HD type is a d10 in 5E, not a d8; a CR of 12 seems low for a lvl-18 NPC; and his proficiency bonus as a lvl-18 NPC should be +6, not the +4 listed. He's missing several other features such as spells selected, feats selected/ability scores improved, and hunter archetype feature selections, unless you intended for the player using your template to make those choices themselves; in which case, that intent should be stated by you on the stat block.
Again, this was a decent start to a full conversion of a popular NPC from Forgotten Realms lore. But you do your fellow players and DMs a disservice if you don't fully flesh him out before offering him up for download. There are plenty of people here, myself included, that are willing to help you optimize his stats to your liking so that you may have a product worth offering to the rest of us guildmembers that you can really be proud of; you need only ask.
