Descriptions don't seem to match up with the map (ex. description of room 7 mentions a door from room 2 into room 9, map does not show them connecting)
While it could basically be dropped in any campaign world, most of the background references a custom world
Possible improvements
Bigger and more detailed map
Add some art, even basic sketches of some of the traps or rooms might help a lot to visualize
